BESTOCRETE
Acrylic based high performance polymer
It is a single component, pure acrylic based polymer. It accommodates limited crack movement in underline surfaces and also develops excellent bond to most building materials hence becoming a part of concrete repair. Primary application includes waterproofing of basements, toilets, terraces, roofs, swimming.
Coverage: 2.0 – 2.5 Sq.mtr /Kg area in two coats depending upon the porosity of the substrate.
BESTOCRETE SBR LATEX
Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex based polymer
It is a styrene butadiene copolymer emulsion. The resulting product is a waterproofing and bonding admixture. SBR Liquid can be mixed with cements, sand-cement mortars and concretes. The mixes produced give high bond strength to existing concrete, masonry and reinforcing steel. Weather resistance is improved due to reduced permeability and thinner sections may be applied due to improved flexural and tensile strengths. Additional improved properties include abrasion resistance, freeze thaw resistance and chemical resistance. SBR Liquid is suitable for both internal and external use.

Elastrometric water proofing white membrane
It is a high build finish coat that is designed to provide the ultimate waterproofing membrane for virtually any exterior surface, even against wind driven rain. The Elastomeric film provides 400% elongation and resists dirt pick-up so the coating remains clean and fresh looking.

Bituminous PU Highly elastomeric waterproofing coating
It is a scientific blend of synthetic resins, selected
minerals and fillers. It is a protective and waterproof coating. It is high performance coating that dries to elastic, flexible, impermeable waterproof membrane.
Coverage: Primer Coat: 8-10 Sq Mtr./ kg / coat
Metallic surface: 4-6 Sq Mtr./ kg / coat
Concrete surface: 3-5 Sq Mtr. / kg / coat
