Polysulphide Sealant

Is an elastomeric two part polysulphide joint sealant, which cures to form a tenacious bond to most common building materials and readily accommodates large cyclical movement over a wide range of temperatures. Bestoseal PS has a thixotropic, non sag formulation for joints from horizontal to vertical. It may be used as an exposed joint sealant to most types of building materials such as CONFIRMS: BS 4254-1983 ASTMC 920-87

Single/Two component primer for sealant

Provides excellent bonding of sealant with substrate, Use as primer coat on concrete substrate. The area to be coated must be clean and free il, grease or any other surface contaminants. Remove any loose materials or laitance by scraping, chipping, mechanical abrasion or any other suitable methods. Visible cracks, depressed or any porous substrates are to be filled or leveled either with epoxy putty or acrylic based filler for concrete before application of sealant. This is to be applied by brush. Coverage 4-6 m²/ltr, Dosage 10 m²/ltr

BESTOSEAL PU 600

Polyurethane Sealant

It is a one part Polyurethane Sealant which cures on exposure to moisture vapour to form a tough but flexible rubber. It has good adhesion to concrete, brickwork, metals and many other common construction substrates. It is supplied in 600ml foil packs and can be applied into the joint using an Packaging: 20 x 600ml Foils per box, Polythylene Nozzles are included in each box. Shelf life: 12 months in original unopened packaging, stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
