Non-Shrink Polymeric Waterproof Grouting Compound.

Pre-stressed cable ducts, Rock and soil anchoring, For injection grouting to effectively waterproof and stop leaks in underground structures, basements, tunnels, lift-wells, retaining walls, dams, water reservoirs, pressure ducts and other water retaining structures.

Standards: The rate of addition varies from 0.5% – 2% by weight of dry cement. The optimum dosage depends on the nature of the work.

Non-shrink, free flow, general purpose cementitious grout

Non-shrink, high strength, free flowing & self leveling, nonmetallic, chloride free cementitious grout for general purpose grouting of static loads, as well as centrifugal and rotary machines in cement, textile, paper, steel industries etc.

Attains 450 kg/cm2 compressive strength at 28 days.

Expansion- 0.8% to 1.5%,

Density- 1800 Kg/cm2

Water powder ratio-Pourable 0.17,

Flowable – 0.19.

Ideal for very heavy dynamic loads like heavy duty rails,machineries, compressors, dowel, High tensile & flexural strength attains 970 kg/cm2, Compressive strength in 7 days.

Crystalline Tile Grout

It is composed of precisely graded, pure crystalline, marble powder, a blend of special cements, water repellent materials, oxide colours and plasticizers. It does not curl up during application and gives a wear and weather resistant joint with no shrinkage cracks. Available in different colour.

Coverage: 1 kg of TG covers approximately 25 Rft. With 1.5 mm width of joint.

Epoxy Injection Grout

Epoxy Injection Grout consists of a base component containing solvent free epoxide resin plus a low viscosity liquid hardener. It may be placed by free flow under gravity or may be injected using a suitable hand or mechanical pump. Grouting of gap dimensions 0.1mm to 10mm may be easily achieved. The system gives rapid strength gain obtaining mechanical properties several times those of high quality concrete. The product is non-shrink enabling complete fill of the grouting area. The hardened grout is resistant to most chemicals, stable to sea water, petroleum products and resists freeze thaw cycles.

Confirms: BS 6319 & ASTM C 881 standards

Coverage: Fresh mix density 1.02 – 1.06 kg/ ltr.
